Tim Goins

Tim Goins is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and program leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer/Program Lead at L3Harris Technologies since March 2022, Tim also provides expertise as a freelance IPS and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS) Consultant for Aegis Associates, LLC. Prior to these roles, Tim accumulated two decades of experience at American Airlines, where responsibilities included Senior Engineer for Component Reliability and Sr. Engineer for Reliability/Avionics/Systems. Tim's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as Engineering Manager at Cabin Innovations from January 2008 to May 2009. Tim holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University.
