Tim Decker

Tim Decker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Procter & Gamble for two years. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Research Assistant at Graphical Representation of Knowledge Lab. In 2011, they joined Insitu, Inc. as a Design/Test Engineer and worked there until 2013. During the same period, they also worked at Cloud Cap Technology as a Test Engineer. In 2013, Tim became self-employed as a Mechanical Engineer before joining Slingshot Sports as a Production/R&D Engineer in 2014. Tim then transitioned to Sierra-Olympic Technologies Inc. in 2017, starting as a Product Engineer before becoming a Product Engineering Manager in 2019. Their current role is as a Product Director, a position they have held since July 2022.

Tim Decker obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Iowa. Tim attended the university from 2008 to 2011.
