Bao Luu

Bao Luu has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. At Circle K, they were a Lead Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for customer care, inventory management, and schematic building, as well as installing and maintaining office equipment. From 2013 onwards, they have worked at Sierra Pacific Engineering & Products as a Product Design Engineer and an Engineering Intern. As a Product Design Engineer, they designed, prototyped, and tested a wide array of products, and advised the Sales, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Manufacturing departments. As an Engineering Intern, they supported Senior Engineers in creating, maintaining, and updating SPEP Engineering documentations, and assisted Managers and Engineers in technical planning, scheduling, prototyping, and sampling of new products. Bao was promoted to Product Design Engineer upon graduating with a bachelor degree.

Bao Luu obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Long Beach, College of Engineering in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Golden West College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 2011. In 2015, they completed their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Before that, they attended UEL - Vietnam National University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce, though their studies were incomplete due to immigration.
