Gary Young

Gary Young is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Since July 2017, Gary has served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at Sierra Pacific Industries, where responsibilities include overseeing accounting and finance operations. Prior to this, Gary worked as an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG US from January 2009 to June 2017. Additionally, Gary contributed to academia as a Teaching Associate at San Diego State University, instructing undergraduate students in Introduction to Financial Accounting from January 2008 to January 2009. Gary earned a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University (2007-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics: Management Science from UC San Diego (2003-2007).
