Pasquanel Bailey (PJ)

Pasquanel "PJ" Bailey has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Producing Area Manager at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. since March 2020, where previous roles included Producing Branch Manager and Retail Sales Manager. Prior to this, PJ held the position of Producing Branch Manager at Supreme Lending for a brief period in early 2022 and worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as Producing Team Manager and Loan Consultant from January 2019 to March 2020, focusing on evaluating and improving loan applications. PJ began the career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Regions Mortgage from September 2015 to January 2019. PJ holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Northridge, earned in 2012.
