Josh Pergande

Josh Pergande is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Associate Chief Engineer and Lead Systems Engineer for the Orbital Reef commercial space station at Sierra Space, where responsibilities include leading technical negotiations for the NASA CD-FF Space Act Agreement in collaboration with Blue Origin. With a background in officiating, Josh has worked as a Linesman for the American Hockey League and ECHL Inc., and as an Ice Hockey Official for USA Hockey across various levels. Prior roles include Principal Systems Engineer for the Dream Chaser program and the Sierra Space Station at Sierra Nevada Corporation, along with extensive experience in command and control engineering for remote sensing satellites at DigitalGlobe. Josh holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Astrophysics and Mathematics from Michigan State University.
