Michael Dehnbostel

Michael Dehnbostel is a Senior Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer at Sierra Space since September 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer at Northrop Grumman from October 2015 to September 2022. In various roles at Northrop Grumman, responsibilities included leading GPS/INS engineering, issue investigation and resolution, advocating for system improvements, and overseeing software quality assurance in autonomous vehicles. Michael earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. Prior roles at Purdue included Staff Resident and Lead Graduate Teaching Assistant, with extensive involvement in teaching and managing engineering courses. Michael also interned at DLR, developing automation tools for flight test data analysis in MATLAB.
