Michael Lenz is a seasoned operations and quality management professional, currently serving as Sr Operations Manager/Sr Quality Manager at Sierra Space since August 2022, where leadership encompasses the management of Thermal Protection Systems, Structures, and Mechanical teams to enhance quality and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at GE Renewable Energy, leading a team in turbine blade production, and significant contributions at Boom Supersonic as Composite Supply Chain Manager, focusing on supplier relations and tooling design. Lenz also held key manufacturing operations positions at ICON Aircraft, improving operational capabilities, and at Cirrus Design Corporation, where business opportunities were identified and operational strategies were developed.
