Audrey S. Autrey

Audrey is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona. She graduated from the University of New Mexico’s CACREP accredited Counseling program, and completed her internship with Dr. Alya Reeve in the UNM Neuropsychiatric clinic and epilepsy clinic. She is a certified clinical trauma professional through IATP/Evergreen Certifications, and is also a certified hypnotherapist through the International Board of Hypnotherapy. Additionally, she is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a member of the American Counseling Association, and is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. She has worked in several clinical capacities in the behavioral health field since 1996 and as a therapist since 2005, focusing on chronic medical and mental health conditions, trauma, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and hypnotherapy. She integrates multiple modalities including ACT, DBT, CBT in addition to hypnotherapy/NLP to meet clients where they are and help them create the success they are seeking in their journey.
