Lorraine provides over 25+ years of executive leadership expertise, 20 years within a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) setting. Her professional oversight included Departments of Employee & Patient Engagement, Corporate Compliance/Risk, Quality Performance Improvement, and Operational Workforce Development/Human Resources.

She is most passionate in areas of fostering a culture of patient and family-centered care, service, quality, and safety excellence, while improving patient experience, employee experience and community relations. She served as a leader in the development and implementation of service excellence in previous organizations.

Lorraine has a Bachelor of Science in Leadership Development and Advance Patient Care from Grand Canyon University. She is currently seeking a Master of Science with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
