Colleen Wilson

Colleen Wilson, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Manager-Employee Engagement at Sierra View Medical Center since January 2010, Colleen has also held key roles as a Staff Relations Consultant. Prior to this, Colleen worked at CENTEX CORPORATION from January 2006 to August 2009, where responsibilities included serving as an Employee Services Specialist and supporting nearly 800 employees. Additionally, Colleen spent over a decade at Family HealthCare Network, holding various positions including Director of Human Resources and Corporate Trainer, leading HR operations and developing training programs for a workforce of up to 600 employees. Colleen's HR career began at Lindsay Hospital Medical Center, providing foundational skills in human resources operations. Colleen holds a high school diploma from Strathmore Union High School, graduated in 1984.
