Dana Voss

Dana Voss has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beginning in 1998, they worked as a Process Analyst for Bank of America for six years. Dana then moved on to GE Consumer Finance, where they served as an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2006. Dana joined Wells Fargo in 2006 as a Process Improvement and Initiatives Manager, holding the role until 2009. Dana then worked as a Project Manager for Chickasaw Nation Industries from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and also served as an Instructor for Central New Mexico Community College and the University of New Mexico. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at TriCore Reference Laboratories before becoming an AVP of Project and Process Management at Nusenda Credit Union from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Dana began their tenure at Cognosante, first as a Project Manager for State Health Programs and then as the Director of Quality and Improvement from 2015 to 2021. Currently, Dana holds the position of Vice President, Performance at Sierra7, Inc. Dana also previously served as the Director, Performance Management and is set to assume the role of Vice President, Business Strategy and Optimization in 2023.

Dana Voss holds an MBA in Business Management with a focus on Project Management from Columbia Southern University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, Dana completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health at the same university from 2002 to 2004. The education history also includes an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fire Science & Emergency Medicine from Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute, earned from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Dana has obtained various certifications, including a Certified Practitioner CMMI from CMMI in 2024, a Generative AI Overview for Project Managers from the Project Management Institute in 2023, and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in 2023. Other certifications include AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, a CMMI Associate from CMMI in 2021, and an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2017. Additionally, Dana holds certifications in Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in 2013, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2012, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2011. Dana is also listed as a Senior Member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
