Darrell Heinrichs

Darrell Heinrichs is an experienced leader in federal contracting and digital services, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Services and Consulting at Sierra7, Inc. since July 2020. With a robust background that spans over 25 years, Darrell has held significant roles in business development and operations at various organizations, including MAXIMUS, Optum, 7Delta, Phase One Consulting Group, Harris Corporation, and Dell. Notably, Darrell played a key role in Optum's pursuit of the $15B VA Community Care Network, overseeing solution design and pricing. Darrell's expertise encompasses healthcare program delivery, operational oversight, and strategic partnerships within the federal sector. An alumnus of the University of Portland, Darrell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications Management.
