Robert Matus

Robert Matus has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Robert has worked at multiple companies, including Sierra7, Inc., HMS Technologies, Inc., Systems Made Simple, a Leidos Company, Sensis Corporation, and Ford Motor Credit Company.

At Sierra7, Inc., Robert held the role of Senior Director - Technology Solutions Delivery. Robert oversaw the day-to-day operations of 16 active projects and managed project alignment with strategic objectives.

Robert also worked as a Senior Program Manager at Sierra7, Inc., managing the software quality assurance project for the Veteran Benefits Management System and the Enterprise Security Engineering Compliance & Validation Service Support project.

At HMS Technologies, Inc., Robert served as a Portfolio Director, guiding and overseeing the operations of multiple projects delivering products and services to the Veteran Administration.

Prior to that, at Systems Made Simple, a Leidos Company, Robert held various roles such as IT Program Manager, IT Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, where they managed agile software development projects and delivered integrated healthcare systems and data management solutions.

During their tenure at Sensis Corporation, Robert managed the on-time delivery of air-traffic management solutions to international clients.

At Ford Motor Credit Company, Robert worked as a Dealer Account Manager, Project Manager, Operations/Methods & Systems Analyst, Branch Operations Manager, Regional Trainer & Support Specialist, Dealer Services Supervisor, Dealer Services Manager, and Customer Services Representative. Robert successfully managed accounts, designed and launched a CRM-based department, improved business processes, and provided training and support.

Robert Matus attended Le Moyne College from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several additional certifications, including being a CMMI Certified Associate from CMMI since 2020 and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University in 2006. Robert has also completed the Mastering Project Management program at Villanova University Online Business Programs and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC.
