Papa Balla Ndong

Papa Balla Ndong is an accomplished professional engaged in various leadership roles focused on intercultural work and migration. As the Executive President of SIETAR Europa since April 2021, Papa Balla Ndong has founded multiple initiatives, including SIETAR AI, the Intercultural Work series, and the SIETAR Global DEIB Learning Series. Additionally, Papa Balla holds significant positions on various boards, such as the Valencian Council of Migrations and the Valencian Observatory for Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination. With extensive mentoring experience at organizations like Ashoka España and IKEA, Papa Balla Ndong also serves as Program Director at MIRLAB and Director of SOS Racisme Pais Valencià. Educationally, achievements include a Master's in International Migration from the University of Valencia and an Erasmus degree focused on migration from HES-SO.
