Jenna Smith

Jenna Smith has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jenna is currently the Senior Director of Commercialization & Contract Manufacturing at Siete Family Foods, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Commercialization & Project Management at the same company from July 2022 to March 2023.

In 2022, Jenna worked as a Fellow at Notley, a role they held throughout the year.

Before joining Siete Family Foods and Notley, Jenna had extensive experience in the food and beauty industries. Jenna worked at Amplify Snack Brands from 2019 to 2022, where they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Product Commercialization and Senior Manager of Portfolio Development. Prior to that, they worked at Tarte Cosmetics as a Senior Manager of New Product Development from 2017 to 2019.

Jenna also worked at L Brands from 2015 to 2017, where they held the roles of Manager of Commercialization Services and Commercialization Project Manager. Before joining L Brands, they worked at Coty from 2012 to 2015 in New Product Development.

Jenna began their career at United Technologies in 2008 as part of the Operations Leadership Program Associate, where they worked until 2010.

Throughout their career, Jenna has gained experience in commercialization, project management, new product development, and operations planning across multiple industries.

Jenna Smith completed their undergraduate education at the Questrom School of Business in Boston University from 2005 to 2008. Jenna obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance, Operations, and Technology Management. Additionally, in December 2020, they achieved certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
