Roland Krijger

Roland Krijger is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Compensation Benefits Manager at Sif Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Roland held significant positions at SGS, including Head of Human Resources Netherlands and HR Business Partner, overseeing various HR responsibilities in the oil and gas sector. Roland also contributed to Energyst CAT Rental Power as HR Business Partner for Europe, as well as HR Manager for Africa and the Middle-East, where strategic HR alignment with business needs was a primary focus. Additionally, Roland has experience in public policy through a leadership role in the municipal council of Hilvarenbeek and has worked as an analyst at Accenture, studying talent management strategies. Roland holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and a BBA in Labour & Organization from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
