Soumya Ravi is an experienced Senior Product and Business Manager at SIFF Young Artiste, with a proven track record in developing and launching E-learning platforms in performing arts. With expertise in managing product lifecycles, user interface design, and go-to-market strategies, Soumya significantly enhanced user engagement and expanded the brand's online presence. Prior roles include Operations and Outreach Manager at SIFF Young Artiste, where Soumya organized a nationwide talent competition and collaborated with influencers to boost engagement, and Program Manager at Key Education Foundation, overseeing the implementation of an Early Childhood Program. Soumya also served as a Fellow at Teach For India, driving significant improvements in student literacy and engagement. Soumya holds an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Delhi University.

SIFF Young Artiste is on a mission to make Music and Dance education accessible for Schools in India for anyone who desires to learn an art form, we have integrated our mission through three different areas currently, Young Artiste School Programs | Young Artiste App for Schools | Young Artiste Competition, through these mediums we are able to access various learners and get them quality arts education in Music and Dance. Carving out a systematic ecosystem in Music and Dance, Young Artiste is creating a fun-filled, exposure-rich online learning environment for Music and dance aspirants. SIFF Young Artiste 2020 a national-level talent competition for 11-18 years old school students across India is how we got started in inspiring artists to further the cause of our mission, from then on we have grown into having our mission take different forms to make it relevant for the aspiring learner who wants to be an artist someday.
