Mike Urbach

Mike Urbach is a Senior Staff Engineer specializing in compilers at SiFive since March 2022. Prior to this role, Mike founded and served as CEO of Alloy Computing, LLC, where contributions were made to the MLIR and CIRCT compiler infrastructures. Experience includes consulting for ENGIE Impact and Deep Sentinel, focusing on data storage, processing solutions with AWS, and Kubernetes deployment. As a Software Engineer at Banjo, Mike worked on microservices and real-time data ingestion pipelines, leading critical projects and holding a U.S. patent for ingesting streaming signals. Earlier experience includes software engineering at Heyzap and internships at J. Moore Partners LLC and General Atomics. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Dartmouth College.
