Darrah Rafferty

Darrah Rafferty, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Since January 2005, Darrah has served as Managing Director of Human Resources at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), a leading trade association for broker-dealers, investment banks, and asset managers in the United States. Prior roles include Vice President, Director, and Human Resources Manager at SIFMA, as well as Benefits Manager and Benefits & Administration Manager at dELiA*s. Earlier career experience includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at Martin Progressive, LLC, and Benefits Associate and Human Resources Assistant at Macmillan. Darrah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Delaware and completed a SHRM Senior Certified Professional prep course in 2015.
