Gadaffi Maricar

Gadaffi Maricar has had extensive work experience in the technology and financial sectors. Gadaffi is currently working at Sift as the Head of Value Engineering, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Sift as the Head of Sales and Sales Engineering, APAC, and the Head of Solution Engineering, APAC. Before joining Sift, Gadaffi worked at NICE Actimize as a Senior Solution Consultant from September 2017 to September 2019.

In 2015, Gadaffi worked at a start-up company as the IT Director. Here, they collaborated with the Founder/CEO and CFO to analyze and evaluate business practices, identify opportunities for growth, and integrate marketing and IT solutions.

From 2010 to 2015, Gadaffi worked at FICO as a PreSales Consultant - Lead Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for sales activities, channel sales development, and providing technical and business solutions to clients.

Before FICO, Gadaffi worked at Rubik Group as a Senior Technical Consultant from 2005 to 2010. Here, they managed a team of consultants, performed technological and business analysis for clients, and provided sales support.

Gadaffi's career began at Admerex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd in 2005, where they worked as a Technical Consultant. Gadaffi provided MIS solutions and analysis for back office operations in the banking sector and worked on projects with multinational banks.

In 2000, Gadaffi started their professional journey at Advanced Financial Solutions as a Technical Analyst. Here, they worked with various clients and specialized in Remittance companies, assisting in the design, development, and implementation of software systems.

Gadaffi Maricar completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business and Finance, from Oklahoma City University, during the years 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, Maricar obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from Informatics Computer School, from 1994 to 1996. In addition, Maricar has obtained certifications in Advanced NLP Coaching and as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, both in 2013.
