Luke Wileczek is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Director of Technology at Sifted since January 2023, where responsibilities include designing a technology platform and developing strategic plans to enhance company goals. As Co-Founder and COO of Laplace Group, Luke is instrumental in driving operational success. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Data Machines Corp., where Luke deployed secure computing clusters, and a Senior Consultant position at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Luke developed a web-based scheduling tool for military operations. Additionally, Luke held positions at McKissock LLC, contributing as both Product Manager and Business Unit Data Analyst, focusing on revenue generation and data-driven insights. Luke holds a Master's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
