Prior to this, they were a Partner at Thick Networks and a Member at SLC Angels. John also worked as an Advisor at NextOrbit, where they focused on machine learning and demand planning. John A. served as the COO & CIO at ItemMaster, which was later acquired by Gladson (now Syndigo). John played a key role in the buyout, repositioning, and financing of the company. Earlier in their career, they were the Vice President of Merchandising & President of the eCommerce/Telecommunications Division at Highland Ventures, LTD. John A. was responsible for multiple store and digital brands within the company. John's experience also includes being the President & CEO of Sourcelight Technologies, a web services company specializing in recommendation engines and personalized predictive modeling. John A. was a Co-founder of Peapod.com, the first online grocer in the US, and held various executive roles throughout the company's lifecycle. John started their career as a Business Analyst at Kraft Foods Group.
