Judy Seybold

Judy Seybold has an extensive background in the field of nutrition and wellness. Judy has held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career.

In 1991, Judy started working at PepsiCo as a Research Scientist in the Nutrition Team, where they implemented FDA regulations for product lines and managed marketing programs for healthcare professionals.

From 1995 to 2002, they worked as a Clinical Coordinator at Feinberg Northwestern Medical School, managing international clinical studies funded by NIH and private industry in the fields of cardiovascular care, women's health, and weight management.

In 2002, they joined Baxter as a Clinical Manager, where they developed a clinical research plan and was responsible for content programs, tracking, claims, and vendor negotiations.
