Melissa Rowe, MBA, PMP

Melissa Rowe, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Melissa is currently the Director of Business Operations at Siftwell Analytics, Inc. In their previous role as a Project Manager at TeleScan, they managed the implementation of telemedicine ultrasound software solutions for underserved maternal populations. Melissa also supported FDA clearance requirements, designed end user support workflows, and provided sales support.

Melissa's experience includes working as a Project Manager in the Transformation Office at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, where they oversaw multiple concurrent projects related to North Carolina's Medicaid transformation. Melissa managed the Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations product roadmap, coordinated resources for a primary care partnership pilot, and led a multi-county divestiture impacting over 66,000 members.

Prior to that, Melissa served as an Engagement Owner at Cerner Corporation, where they provided project management support and change management guidance for the implementation of population health solutions. Melissa effectively communicated project status and risks to both Cerner and client leadership.

Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at Premier Inc. in various roles, including Manager of Quality and Regulatory Solutions, Senior Project Manager in QualityAdvisor Operations, Team Leader in Clinical Advisor Operations, and Analyst in Clinical Advisor Operations. In these roles, they led projects for product implementations, managed member migrations, and developed teams to provide data processing and product support.
