Head Of Customer Experience - North at Sify Technologies

Navneet Rai has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Navneet has held various roles in notable companies such as Sify Technologies Limited, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Reliance Communications, Tata Communications, and HCL Technologies.

At Sify Technologies Limited, Navneet currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience - North, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this role, they were the CSAT Head, starting in October 2016.

During their time at Bharti Airtel Ltd, Navneet held the role of Program Manager Large and Complex Projects from November 2010 to October 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Bharti Airtel Limited as a Sr. Executive from April 2005 to September 2006. Navneet also gained experience at HCL Technologies as a Subject Matter Expert from December 2002 to April 2005.
