Pranesh Babu Khyatasandra

Pranesh Babu Khyatasandra currently serves as the Global Network Services Practice Head at Sify Technologies Limited since October 2023. Previous roles include SVP Support & Delivery at Exotel from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities focused on providing a full-stack customer engagement platform for businesses. Prior to Exotel, Pranesh held multiple positions at Cisco, including Director of Service Delivery, overseeing global technical support for the Service Provider customer segment from August 2018 to April 2022, and earlier, Director of Service Delivery Executive for the Reliance 4G project. Pranesh's long-standing career at Sify Technologies Limited from 2000 to 2014 included roles such as President & CTO and Sr. VP of Network & Service Engineering. Early career experience includes roles at Reliance Infocom as Project Manager and Hutch Max as Regional Operations Manager. Pranesh earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the University of Mysore between 1984 and 1989.
