Stefan Dobrev

Stefan Dobrev is an accomplished leader specializing in innovation and business strategy, currently serving as a Governing Board Member at the EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology and the Global Head of Plant Based at Emmi Group. With extensive experience in high-level strategic roles, Dobrev has held C-level positions at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, overseeing strategy and business development, and served as Managing Director at PLANTOPIA. Prior to this, Dobrev contributed significantly to Nestlé in various capacities, including Global Head of Innovation Partnerships and Global Head of Innovation Portfolio Management, where improvements in R&D efficiency and strategic innovation were achieved.
