Kath Durrant

Kath is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for SIG plc since January 2021. 

Kath also currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Vesuvius plc. She is also a scale-up mentor at the RCA Incubator. Kath has previously served as the Group Human Resources Director of Rolls-Royce plc and of Ferguson plc, and as Chief Human Resources Officer of CRH plc. She served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Renishaw plc and of Calisen plc.
