Shatish Dasani

Shatish is Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for SIG plc since February 2021.

Shatish is also currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of Renew Holdings plc, and Trustee and Interim Chair of Unicef UK, and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of Speedy Hire Plc. Shatish has over 20 years’ experience in senior public company finance roles across various sectors including building materials, advanced electronics, engineering, general industrial, business services, construction and infrastructure. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Forterra plc and TT Electronics plc, and was also an alternate Non-Executive Director of Camelot Group plc and Public Member at Network Rail plc.
