Jeff Chartier

Jeff Chartier serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sig Sauer, providing strategic leadership since June 2012. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Senior Human Resources Executive at M/A-COM Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing all worldwide Human Resource functions and leading the company through a successful IPO. Additional experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Cobham Defense Electronic Systems and Global Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Tyco Electronics. Jeff's career in human resources began at M/A-COM, followed by a tenure as Director at Arthur D. Little.
