Phil Haney, Esq. is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Director & Counsel for Global Trade Compliance at SIG SAUER, Inc. since January 2020 and as the Managing Attorney at Gadsden Law PLLC since April 2022. Gadsden Law specializes in US firearms law and trade compliance, focusing on assisting start-up technology companies. Previously, Phil led International Trade Compliance at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and served as Chief Compliance Officer at KRISS USA, emphasizing ITAR compliance. Phil also held positions in sales and marketing at AirFleet Capital, Inc. and managed a business unit at RTI Biologics. Phil's military background includes serving as a cadet and officer in the United States Air Force.
