Director, Supply Chain at SIGA Technologies

Thomas Losito Jr. began their work experience in 2007 as a Production Operator at Talecris Biotherapeutics, Inc., where they demonstrated expertise in working with exposed blood plasma in a cGMP work environment. In 2012, they joined Grifols as a Manufacturing Technician, where they acted as Team Lead for a 2nd shift production team and developed standardized training processes. In 2014, Thomas moved to Kedrion Biopharma as a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator, assisting with managing and coordinating an external warehouse for off-site global logistics. Thomas later became a US Production Planner, planning and prioritizing operations and leading and training the Warehouse/Logistics team to meet shipment deadlines. Thomas then became the Site Planning Lead, interacting with Global Planning to define KPIs and create individual product supply plans. In 2022, they joined SIGA Technologies as a Director of Supply Chain, overseeing material flow, coordinating and tracking shipments, and conducting inventory planning to support US government and international procurements.

Thomas Losito Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Education from Queens College. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained additional certifications. Thomas obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in May 2023. Thomas obtained a CPR/AED certification from Suffolk County Community College in January 2016. Lastly, they obtained a CDL - Class A certification from CDL Electric in September 2014.
