Tristan Oberle has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Tristan began in 2002 as a Retail Associate at Hobby Lobby, specializing in the frame shop. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Substitute Paraprofessional for Rochester Public Schools, primarily focusing on Special Education. In 2007, Tristan joined Sports Interactive (SI) as the Head Researcher for USA Leagues in Tiers 2-4, responsible for updating data for soccer leagues, players, and teams in the United States for the Football Manager series of games. In 2012, they took on a role as a Researcher/Analyst/Scout for Starlizard Integrity Services, where they provided research and analysis for various soccer teams and leagues. At the same time, Tristan also worked as Deaf & Hard of Hearing (D/HH) Support Staff at Friedell Middle School, assisting individual students with their specific needs. From 2012 to 2013, they split their time between Friedell Middle School and Mayo Senior High School, continuing their work as D/HH Support Staff. Tristan's work experience demonstrates their dedication to customer service, education, and extensive knowledge in soccer.

Tristan Oberle attended John Marshall Senior High School until 1999, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study at this institution. Later on, Tristan attended Rochester Community and Technical College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Eventually, Tristan Oberle attended the University of Minnesota, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
