David Weil

David Weil, PMP, currently serves as COO and Deputy CEO at Sight Diagnostics since October 2021, having previously held roles such as VP of R&D and VP of Project Management. Prior to this, David was the Director of Quality and Process Development and R&D at Innoviz Technologies from August 2018 to October 2021, focusing on improving development processes. David also held the position of R&D Project Manager and Section Manager at HP from August 2014 to August 2018, managing transformative digital press projects. Earlier experience includes program management at Hewlett-Packard, mechanical and electrical design management roles, and test engineering at IAI. David holds a Master of Engineering in System Engineering from Technion and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
