Melissa Damon

Melissa Damon has over 20 years of work experience in various marketing and management roles. Melissa currently serves as the Marketing Director at SightGrowthPartners since 2020. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Canon USA, where they held multiple positions including Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Supervisor, Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Associate Specialist between 2007 and 2019. Before joining Canon, they worked at Fortunoff as an Assistant Buyer and Administrative Assistant from 2005 to 2007. Melissa also has experience as a Manager at The Children's Place from 2004 to 2005 and as an Assistant Manager at Gap from 2000 to 2004.

Melissa Damon completed their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Nassau Community College in 2002. Melissa then went on to attend Adelphi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology in 2005. In 2015, Melissa obtained a Direct Marketing Certification from the Association of National Advertisers.
