Dave Needleman

Dave Needleman leads the Manufacturing Engineering and Operations department responsible for sustaining commercial production and NPI activities.

Dave has nearly 25 years of experience in medical device product development and operations.

Prior to joining Sight Sciences, Dave was VP of R&D at Meditrina Medical developing and launching a 510(k)-cleared hysteroscope & tissue resection system. Other roles include Director of R&D at BAROnova producing a PMA-approved weight loss therapy, developing and manufacturing novel spinal implants (Benvenue Medical), urological access and treatment devices (Percutaneous Systems), and articulating laparoscopic surgical instruments (Pivotal Medical).

Dave holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University.
