Laurie joins Sight Sciences with over 25 years of experience as a medical device professional.

She has diverse experience as a global commercial education leader across various cardiovascular therapies at multiple multi-national organizations such as St. Jude Medical, Boston Scientific, Abbott, and Cardiovascular Systems Inc..

Over the course of her career Laurie has held field sales roles, served as a technical trainer in multiple geographies and ultimately took on expanded executive leadership roles in both internal sales training and external customer education.

Laurie has led training efforts in organizations ranging in yearly revenue from $240M to over $5.5B in global sales with a track record of leading functions that certify nearly 1000 cardiovascular physicians globally/year and train an average of nearly 500 field reps/year.

Laurie’s passion for bringing forward programs and educational initiatives that enable sales has led to opportunities throughout her career to build multiple training organizations that maximize individual contributions and enhance team impact. Laurie’s experience in creating customized education solutions, her dedication to cross-functional partnerships, and her passion for customer engagement and physician advocacy development will translate well to the field of ophthalmology.
