Alec Schwengler began their career in 2012 as a Student Assistant to the Robinson Professors at George Mason University. In 2014, they took on the role of Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, as well as a Business Development Intern at DeGroot Logistics. From 2015 to 2017, they were an English Teacher at HESS International Educational Organization, where they taught two groups of kindergartners as well as after school English programs for first graders and junior high students, and assisted in student recruitment efforts at several HESS Branches in SanChung District. In 2017, they became the CEO & Co-founder of Sight Supply Inc.

Alec Schwengler attended George Mason University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 2014, they also studied Intensive Chinese Language at National Taiwan Normal University. In 2016, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from HESS International Educational Organization.
