Vicky Molho

Vicky Molho has been working in the field of People Operations since 2020, when they began as the People Operations Manager at Sightfull. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Admin Manager, Employee Wellbeing and Talent Acquisition at SysAid Technologies Ltd. from 2017-2020. In this role, they were responsible for office management, assisting the CEO, managing the company welfare budget, planning and executing all company events and employees' incentives, and increasing employee engagement. From 2015-2017, they were the Administrative Coordinator at Marmanet, and from 2014-2015 they were a Social Services Counselor at Enosh-The Israeli Mental Health Association.

Vicky Molho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2012 and 2015. Vicky also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Performance-Based Hiring, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiting Foundations, Talent Sourcing, and Technical Recruiting.
