Vanessa Tasso

Vanessa Tasso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory, clinical, and strategic roles within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. As the Senior Vice President of Regulatory & Quality at SightGlass Vision, Inc. since December 2017, Vanessa is leading the development of a novel spectacle lens medical device aimed at myopia control in children, overseeing the entire process from device design to delivery. Previous positions include Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Presbia, Director of Clinical Operations at Glaukos Corporation, and Senior Manager of Clinical Development and Communications at Surmodics. Vanessa also held various roles at Bausch + Lomb, Boeing, and Allergan, along with service in the United States Air Force.
