James Dell'Olio is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as Co-Managing Partner at SIGHTHOUND Search Partners since January 2020, James has a strong background that includes a tenure as President at Ferguson Partners from November 2001 to December 2019 and prior consulting experience at TMP Worldwide from March 1998 to November 2001.
