Mike Merrill serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Sightline Commercial Solutions, a leading global provider of architectural railing and other solutions, since December 2023. Previously, Mike held multiple key financial leadership roles, including Director of Corporate Development and Treasury Director at APi Group, CFO at Dockzilla Co. and Sportech Inc., and CFO at Meade Tractor. With a background that extends to over 16 years at John Deere in various financial and strategic roles, including Controller and Manager of Corporate Business Development, Mike possesses extensive expertise in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy. Education includes an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Iowa State University.
