Shay Soltani

Ms. Soltani joined in 2020 as senior counsel for Sightway Capital.

Prior to joining, Shay was a senior associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. At A&P, Shay represented strategic and private equity clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and restructurings. Ms. Soltani also has extensive experience in board advising and corporate governance matters. Shay holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from The University of Virginia, where she studied History and Foreign Affairs.
