Roman Rimša

Roman Rimša serves as the Managing Director at Sigli since August 2018, driving growth in AI-driven digital transformation across Europe and leading cross-functional teams for enterprise clients in various sectors. As an Angel Investor and Startup Board Member for both NGL and the Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN), Roman actively supports early-stage companies with high growth potential. Previous experience includes roles as Team Manager at Adform, Senior Manager at *instinctools*, and Software Development Project Manager at Kenlo Group Ltd and Web30Asia, demonstrating a strong background in project management and team leadership. Roman holds an education from Antwerp Management School.
