Beatriz Patron

Beatriz Patron serves as the Senior VP of Talent and Culture at Sigma since April 2023. Prior to this role, Beatriz held the position of VP Human Capital at Alfa Corporativo from December 2020 to May 2023. Beatriz's experience at Alfa Group spanned from April 2017 to December 2020, where roles included Head of Talent, Culture and Compensation & Benefits and Compensation & Benefits VP. Earlier in Beatriz's career at Sigma Alimentos, from July 2011 to March 2017, leadership was demonstrated as the Deli BU General Manager and Prepared Meals General Manager. Beatriz is an alumnus of IPADE.
