Edmundo Fuentes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation, finance, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the EVP of Business Transformation at Sigma since April 1999, Edmundo has played a pivotal role in the global implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Previous positions at Sigma include CFO for Sigma US and Bar-S Foods, Vice President of Strategic Planning, and Vice President of Finance, among others. Edmundo has also held managerial positions focusing on business strategy, trade marketing, and logistics optimization. Earlier career experience includes supplier development at Mabe and an internship at Sigma Alimentos. Edmundo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
