Prior to this role, Manuel held multiple positions at Bar-S Foods Co., including Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities included corporate strategy development and finance management, and Vice President of Marketing, focusing on brand strategy and growth. Manuel began career at Sigma Alimentos in various marketing roles, culminating as Senior Marketing Manager, and has a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Marketing/Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and numerous executive education programs from prestigious institutions.
