Claire E. H. McAuliffe

Claire McAuliffe currently serves as the Communications and Operations Manager for Dover Baptist Association, a position held since January 2024. Claire has an extensive background in leadership and communications, including serving as the Executive Director of Sigma Alpha Omega Christian Sorority Inc. since June 2010 and as a National Board Trustee. Previous roles include Communications Consultant for Dover Baptist Association, Minister to Youth and Young Adults at Cambridge Baptist Church, Proposal Coordinator at Carahsoft, and English Teacher for Henrico County Public Schools. Claire holds a Master's of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution, with ongoing studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.
