Jason Berry

Jason Berry has a diverse background in the construction industry, with experience in various roles and companies. Jason began their career in 1996 as a Design Engineer at Mason Richards Partnership and later worked as a Design Engineer at BRYANT HOMES LIMITED. Jason then joined David Wilson Homes as an Engineering Manager in 1999. In 2002, they became a Technical Director at Morris Homes Ltd, a position they held until 2009. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Watkin Jones Group, first as a Development Director and then as the Deputy Managing Director for Homes. Jason then joined Countryside in 2014, working in a Development role. Jason Berry then moved to Taylor Wimpey plc as a Technical Director from 2014 to 2017, before joining Morris Homes Ltd again as their Technical Director. Jason'smost recent position is at Sigma Capital Group Limited, where they serve as the Operations & Sites Director (North & Midlands) and as the Regional Managing Director since 2020.

Jason Berry attended the University of Birmingham from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering. Following this, they attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc degree in Building Surveying.
